Cancellation Policy
Affordable Dentistry of South Florida requires a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other patients. Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of prepaid services.
Refund Policy
All sales of products, and prepaid treatments are final and non-refundable. Any canceled credit card or third party financing used for payments will incur a $500 penalty fee. If patients request a refund, all special discounts and promotions will be voided and our UCR fees will go into place.
Treatment Outcomes
While Affordable Dentistry of South Florida is dedicated to providing the best service possible, the outcomes of dental treatments can vary from person to person. Results cannot be guaranteed and payments are for the treatments to be performed, not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the best possible outcome for our patients.
Revisional Treatment or Treatment of Complications
Dental treatments and procedures are not exact sciences, and while good results are expected, there is no guarantee of specific outcomes. Additional treatments or treatment for complications may be necessary, which could result in additional charges.

Affordable Dentistry of South Florida reserves the right to change policies without notice, although we will try to communicate any changes in advance whenever possible.
Practice-Patient Relationship
While we value our patients, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time for any reason.
